species, and no doubt some of the terminology used in Space Trek is
borrowed from Star Trek. This show, and all these things are copyright of
Paramount Pictures.
The Glitch and game cubes originated from
a series called Reboot, and belong to Mainframe
Productions
Lilly and the Liger's were created by the
Fifth Voyager webmaster Marillena. In all but the latest stories, I had
permission for this. Even in the newest stuff, I haven't been asked not to
use them (unlike the way I made such a request to her).
Civilization II is copyright of
Microprose.
Windows is copyright of Microsoft, as if we
needed telling of that!
All other trademarks/copyrights are
acknowledged.
All the additional characters and ships are copyright 2002 of
Terence & Co. This includes, but is not limited to the Listonians,
Listonia, the Jacsquad fleet and the Cadogs. All site content was
created by and is copyrighted to Terence.
The stories were put here for your
enjoyment. I'd appreciate it if you republish them, or take the
characters, without permission. If you ask me nicely about the characters,
I will most probably say yes. After all, it would be nice to know someone
liked them enough to want to write about them. In fact there is only one
person whom I have ever specifically stated 'Do not use my work' to, and
that was the Fifth Voyager webmaster. Sadly such a
clear instruction was ignored, accompanied by a claim about 'I
thought I had permission'. Paw on heart, this was untrue, although I would
suspect I shall never encounter such an unscrupulous writer
again.
In a few of the stories, a store known
as Netto is referred to. This is supposed to be a completely seperate
Listonian store, and is not connected to the UK based chain. All
criticisms of the store are directed entirely at the Listonian chain, and
do not reflect on the official chain.
